Daily Cleaning: After daily use, clean the equipment surfaces and the lens using a lint-free cloth and alcohol to prevent the accumulation of dust and oil, which could affect marking quality. Use specialized lens cleaning paper for the lens to avoid scratches.

Cooling System Check: Check the water level and quality in the cooling tank weekly to ensure sufficient coolant and the absence of impurities. Deionized water or specialized coolant is recommended, with the temperature maintained between 20°C and 25°C.

Optical Component Maintenance: Check the alignment of the laser and mirror optical paths monthly to prevent marking accuracy degradation caused by misalignment. Promptly clean or replace any lenses found to have stains or damage.

Guide Rail and Transmission Component Lubrication: Lubricate guide rails and transmission components quarterly using specialized lubricant to prevent equipment wear caused by excessive friction. Adjust the lubrication frequency based on the operating environment; increase the frequency in high-dust environments.

Software and Parameter Backup: Regularly back up marking parameters and software settings to prevent data loss due to system failure. A comprehensive system inspection is recommended every six months.

High-Voltage Power Supply Check: Have a professional inspect the high-voltage power supply and electrical circuits annually to ensure there are no risks of electrical leakage or short circuits.
